Samantha Beckton is the founder of Knot Now Therapeutics and a movement and mobility coach with over 20 years of experience in bodywork and orthopedic rehabilitation. She helps active adults reduce pain, improve mobility, and stay strong through simple, sustainable daily practices. Her work
focuses on consistency over intensity and teaching people how to care for their bodies in ways that actually last.


Kirstyn is a registered nurse and holistic health coach who helps women restore health by addressing root causes rather than chasing symptoms. Drawing from clinical experience and lived healing, she teaches a systems-based approach to regulation, nourishment, and sustainable wellness.
Tori Sorrell-Cook is an endocrine health specialist who helps women unravel stubborn hormone symptoms that conventional testing often misses. She blends hormone mapping, homeopathy and HDT to clear the hormonal imprints left by contraception, stress and endocrine disruptors.
